Along the gulf coast of Florida lays the luxurious paradise known as Naples. Our exclusive waterfront vacation villa has a total of 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a total living space of 3500 square feet, and all 3 sleeping quarters are available as separate master suites. Located in the Port Royal district of Naples, Florida, with private beach access right across the street, its the perfect escape for the retired couple looking to vacation in a tropical paradise, or the corporate executive looking to experience an exclusive fishing excursion.
In the first of the master suites lies a king size bed with hypoallergenic bedding and fine luxury linens. There is also a desk and an executive chair in this room for any last minute work that emerges. The bathroom is adorned with 2 identical vanities with glass bowl sinks and a huge glass-enclosed shower with a message spraying shower head. Also included is access to a fireproof safe and a large hardwood armoire.
The second master suite, located on the second floor, has a tasteful queen size bed with hypoallergenic bedding, luxury linens, and a full bathroom equipped with designer linens. On the ground floor, the master suite bedroom has 2 full size beds with hypoallergenic bedding and decorative high quality linens.
The ground floor suite also has sliding patio door a full bathroom with top quality fabric towels. All three suites have huge walk in closets, nightstands, dual zone air conditioning, extra designer towels, and access to a queen sized air mattress if needed.
Equipped with a 5 point electric cook top, a huge oven, and giant refrigerator, our kitchen is fully loaded with all the modern conveniences needed to prepare a quality meal. Decorated in stone and rich granite this kitchen offers a luxurious setting for romantic dinning. Also available is a set of fine china for up to 16 people. Mounted above the fireplace in the dining area is a 45 1080p LCD television with satellite surround sound speakers and subwoofer.
There is plenty of arm room for six people to sit comfortably in a living room that has a huge 73 1080p DLP television connected to a Playstation 3 with Blue Ray technology, premium HDTV cable service, full Denon 7.1 surround sound home theatre, and a personal computer with a massive secure wireless network throughout every room of our vacation villa.
While sitting outdoors in a fantastic lanai, outfitted with stereo speakers, a stone patio, and custom wooden ceiling, one can enjoy the quite luxury of two cooling fans and a comfortable wrought iron dinner table suited to seat 6 people. Surrounding our exclusive vacation villa is a professionally landscaped tropical paradise, fresh with foliage ranging from tropical fruits to palm trees. Drop in to the hot tub that overflows into the pool, adjust the water temperature from a wireless remote, and feel the tension float away.
Conveniently located on the canal with a 100 dock big enough to accommodate a 38 boat lift and 2 jet skis, one can easily explore the Naples Marina. There is also a 10X10 ft area designated along the canal for lounging and fishing. We do everything we can to make a fishing experience as easy as possible by providing two fishing poles, nets, buckets, and as well as a 2 person kayak and life jackets.
