HAVE YOU BEEN THINKING ABOUT GOING TO MEXICO?
HOME OF THE DOLPHINS (Casa de los Delfines) is
situated directly on the ocean overlooking the Malecon
in downtown Puerto Vallarta. Located just 2 blocks
from the main plaza, it is within walking distance to
virtuallyevery shop, restaurant and attraction that
Puerto Vallarta has to offer. It is perfect for parties of
up to 4 people, and is completely air-conditioned.
THE DOLPHINS DELIGHT in swimming directly in front
of my terraza every day (hence the name "Home of the
Dolphins"). The view from the terraza is fabulous - to
the south you can see all the way down the coast to
Cabo Corrientes, and to the north you can see the
northernmost point of Banderas Bay, Punta Mita. Early
every morning you can watch the local oyster divers
collecting their day's catch on the reef that lies in the
crystal blue waters in front of my home. The
abundance of sea life in Banderas Bay also provides
great snorkeling and swimming in this area.
THE MAIN TERRACE is the perfect place to spend
mornings drinking coffee while watching the oyster
divers work, while overhead the seabirds hunt for their
morning meal. In the evenings, the splashing of the
koi carp in my colorful waterfall fountain will add to
your delight as you enjoy Puerto Vallarta's truly
amazing sunsets while sitting around the handmade
dining table on the covered balcony with its 180
degree view of the bay. From here you can also
see the Spanish galleon "Marigalante", which passes
about 500 feet away from the balcony and puts on a
fantastic fireworks display almost every night.
BOTH BEDROOMS have incredible ocean views and
cable TV/DVD. The first master bedroom has a king-
size bed, and the second master bedroom has a
queen size bed. Both master bedrooms have private
luxurious baths, which are custom designed in
handcrafted marble. The kitchen is also a delight,
with filtered water, custom granite countertops,
handmade hardwood cabinetry, and a 6 burner gas
stove. Of course there is also a dishwasher, large side
by side refrigerator and all the other amenities you
would find in any fine kitchen.
IN SUITE CHEF
For those of you who do not want to cook, we are very
fortunate to have a wonderful In Suite Personalized
Chef, Azaria Samuel, for a special event, or just a
small dinner because you are on holidays and just do
not want to cook or shop. He has his own catering
company, and he does incredible things with food.
Also, he can shop for you, cater a simple meal for 2
for that special occasion, or cook for your entire
vacation. He can even cook ahead and have meals in
the freezer or fridge for when you arrive, or cater a

THE SWIMMING POOL is located on the roof of the
building and the views are incredible, so just walk out
the front door, take the elevator or the stairs and in
20 seconds you will be standing next to the pool, and
the water is always warm and the chaise lounges are
just waiting for you..
Parking Is Secured under the building, as my condo
has the only underground parking in the city center,
and the building has 24-hour security personnel to
serve you.

on the new Malecon. Its name is Vitea, and you will be
delighted when you have your lunch or dinner there. It
is truly a 4 star restaurant and believe me, their
Margaritas are the Best In Town. Also, the Custom
designed kitchen is also a delight, with UV Filtered
water, Hand hewn granite countertops, Handmade
hardwood cabinetry, and a 6 Burner gas stove. Of
course there is also a Dishwasher, Large side by side
refrigerator and all the other amenities you would find
in any fine kitchen. The bedrooms have 1 king and 1
queen bed. Directly on the ocean overlooking the
Malecon and its situated in the middle of Puerto
Vallarta and just 2 blocks from the main plaza.
Both Bedrooms Have Oceanfront Views,: and the
sunsets are truly amazing. If you are like me, you will
spend both mornings on my main terrace, drinking
your coffee and eating your breakfast watching the
divers work and seeing the various seabirds hunt for
their morning meal, and your evenings eating dinner
at my handmade dining table which is situated outside
on the covered balcony. The colorful waterfall fountain
with its koi carp on my balcony can only accent the
delight you will experience while taking in the 180
degree view of the ocean and coastline from one end
of the bay to the other. Hand-hewn granite counter
tops accent the custom designed kitchen, which is
complete and has all the amenities to make
preparation of meals a delight. Microwave, blender,
coffee maker are all there, and various spices are
always on hand. The swimming pool is located on the
roof of the building, just one floor above me, and the
water is always warm and the view is unforgettable.
Both bedrooms have their own separate hand crafted
marble bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-
size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen size
bed. Both bedrooms have cable TV/DVD. The stereo
CD player is located in the living room. Parking is
secured under the building, as my condo has the only
underground parking in the city center, and the
building has 24 hour security personnel to serve you.
We also have Free Long Distance Telephone, Hi Speed
Internet DSL with the wireless option, so just bring
your laptop and plug in or connect through your
wireless connection and you are ready to go surf the
Internet or call home at no charge anytime of the day
or night. We Also Have One of the best restaurants in
all of Puerto Vallarta located on the ground floor of
our building facing the beach on the new Malecon. Its
name is Vitea, and you will be delighted when you
have your lunch or dinner there. It is truly a 4 star
restaurant and believe me, their Margaritas are the
Best In Town.
Golf: Private Yoga Classes: For those of you who feel
like relaxing and stretching a bit, we have a a fine,
certified Hatha Yoga Teacher that is available in the
privacy of the condo. Just give her a call 24 hrs. in
advance and she will sooth your body and
mind.************** In Suite Chef: We also have a
wonderful in suite chef will be available for you if you
would like to use him during your stay. You can
contact him either before you arrive or after you
arrive.

VIRTUALLY EVERY WATER SPORT is available for you
here in Puerto
Vallarta. Also, there are horseback rides that take you
back into the
jungle where you will see waterfalls and flocks of
parrots flying overhead.
Golf is a major attraction here with several world class
courses. You can
also swim with the dolphins, race mini cars and visit
the local water park
'Splash,' where the kids will have a great time. There
are concerts every
night by local artists in the main plaza, flea markets
galore and special
events where the local people from areas outside of
Puerto Vallarta bring
their local food and wares for you to taste and buy.
There are numerous
fabulous nightclubs and discos that are open until 4 in
the morning, so
you can dance the night away every night - and never
go to the same
place twice.

Hola Michel,
We just got back last night from your lovely home in
PV. We really enjoyed ourselves and we loved your
place. We were there during the 12 days of the
celebration of Guadalupe and it was so much fun.
There was something going on every night. The
weather was awesome and we walked so much and
found wonderful restaurants and shopping. We met a
good group at the pool that own condo's in your
building and they told us of places to go and eat and
shop, and we hung out with them in the day. Needless
to say, we had so much fun. It was 47 degrees in San
Francisco when we got back, and 87 degrees when we
left PV. Burr! I want to go back to PV.
Thank you so much again, and we hope to do future
traveling and staying at one of your lovely homes.
Thank you for the coffee and soda's that were waiting
for us in the condo. That was a nice treat.
Oh, Renee was wonderful and was there waiting for us
when we arrived. The complex is kept up so well and
we felt very safe at all times.

The condo was perfect for 4. Walking distance to
downtown Vallarta, beautiful view of the bay and
interesting people on the Malecon. Property manager
met us as soon as we arrived and couldn't ask for a
nicer place to enjoy the week.

Where to begin? All was sheer perfection. We loved the
decor, the views were stunning, the abundance of
room perfect. We so enjoyed the location. Being able
to walk almost everywhere was so relaxing. The entire
building was alway spotless and smelled so clean. The
staff was always exceedingly pleasant and helpful. We
also were able to enjoy the 150 year anniversary of PV
and therefore were treated to the most beautiful
display of fireworks from the roof top pool area. And
the roof top pool ~ this was the pleasantest of all
things. We cannot wait to return.

We were delighted when we opened the door and
breeze hit our faces and the place was even more
beautiful than we expected! It was fabulous and
relaxing, we spend so much time just enjoying the
view every night. The sound of the ocean is

This property has an excellent location on the water
front and close to many downtown restaurants and
nightclubs. Beautiful tile work and nice kitchen.
Internet service was good as well as a free internet
phone. TV's and DVD players in both bedrooms also as
well as a CD stereo. We were there over Easter week
and the Malecon boardwalk in front of the place was
noisy with people talking until late into the night, as
well as local musicians playing for tips. The downtown
area was packed with some streets closed due to all
the locals in town. But it was nice to sit on the balcony
and "people watch" during the day. We could watch
humpback whales from the 3rd floor balcony and saw
a couple of dolphins during our 8-day stay. Place is
close to supermarket and bus routes. Go to Yalapa
while you are there by water taxi out of Boca.
Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Romantic
Getaway, Adventure Seekers

This place is beautiful. We stayed there (2 couples) for
a week during Christmas and it was great! You couldn't
find a more ideal location in PV. Everything is within
walking distance and the restaurants in the vicinity are
wonderful.
We fully recommend Michel's vacation condo. It's
luxury!
