**A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract must be submitted upon booking. To receive instructions on check-in, a copy of your driver's license is required. **

It will change the way you view vacations forever. You will be greeted by breathtaking views of the ocean from the covered porches and decks as well as one of the master bedrooms.

This stunning three-story wonder sleeps 8 comfortably, but can be extended to accommodate 10. It also has a garage access and an elevator.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

-We use disinfecting agents that meet or exceed the CDC performance standards.

-All properties are equipped with one hand towel and one bath towel.

These complimentary amenities are offered in the property as an added convenience until you can shop: hand/bath soap and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. One paper towel, two paper towels, one dishwasher pod, two trash bags and one make-up remover per bathroom.

We inspect every property to ensure it is ready for your family's arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

Port A Beach House Company requires that all guests who are contracted must be at least 25 years old. The guest must possess a valid form of ID, such as a State Driver's License.

We took our two teenagers and my father and the property was perfect. The views were amazing and the shared HOA boardwalk is one of the many reasons we picked this unit!! The unit was clean and the two King suites were exactly what we wanted. We are already planning our next trip! The customer service was outstanding! I was shocked to get a call to make sure we were able to get into the property. That is above and beyond!
