**A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract must be submitted upon booking. To receive instructions on check-in, a copy of your driver's license is required. **


The Sandbar Condo has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. It sleeps 7. It is conveniently located near the town and only a half mile from the beach. It is close to shopping and grocery stores. This townhome features an open floor plan and a large patio overlooking the pool. The Sandbar is two stories high with all living above the garage.
