The area is truly a great year-round resort destination. Condo is located on the second fairway of championship 18-hole Wolf Creek Golf Course. Pine View lake is five minutes away with great water-sports for summer. Utah's famous fly-fishing is just minutes away. Hiking and biking trails abound. Ogden Valley hosts a renowned Hot Air Balloon Festival in August.
