You'll love this very clean three bedroom, two bathroom home with it's warm fireplace and complete kitchen. In the winter you will enjoy skiing at the Poconos top ski resorts (Big Boulder and Jack Frost) just minutes away. Winter horseback riding is very popular in this area. Once your finished playing in the snow, you'll want to sink your bones in the hot tub located out on the deck. Crank up the heat and r-e-l-a-x.
Summer fun is just outside your door. Once off the deck you're only a few steps from the pool, beach and clubhouse are within walking distance. The clubhouse offers fine food a bar and a game room. The lake sits at the rear of the house just at the end of the yard. The tennis and basketball courts are also in the same location to the left.
The lake provides great boating and fishing. The state gamelands backs up to the rear of the house. There are stocked lakes and streams for fishing. The activity in the area is endless for both kids and adults. The Poconos offer Shopping (Crossroads Outlets), Nascar Racing (Pocono Raceway), Skiing, Sledding, Ice Skating, Golf and much, much more.
