Everything in the house is brand new, including the tastefully done furnishings and art work. The main family room facing the ocean has a two story cathedral ceiling with floor to ceiling windows, which are breathtaking. Everyone who enters this room let's out a gasp at the unbelievable views of the ocean. The main family room has a 55 inch high definition LCD surround sound TV. The secondary family room, separated by a see-thru fireplace, has a 42 inch high definition LCD TV and is a great place for kids to watch their favorite movie or play a board game. Both large screen televisions have HDTV, HBO, and Cinemax. The main floor family and dining rooms have beautiful pickled oak hardwood floors. Enjoy the oceanfront view from the large dining room table. Relax while dolphin watching on the oceanfront decks off of the family room, master bedroom and dining room or take in the salt air while reading your complimentary daily newspaper. All bedrooms are spacious, so you will never feel cramped for room and have views of the ocean with all new king beds and daybed trundles. The kids will enjoy the whimsical bunk bedroom loaded with toys. All five bedrooms have cable TV with a built in DVD player. The first floor bedroom is a suite complete with a kitchenette (sink, microwave and mini-fridge), plus a private door that opens directly to the beach. Step outside and the incredible landscaping transforms you into a tropical paradise with the ocean just steps away. The spacious sparkling white kitchen comes complete with a large sub-zero refrigerator, built-in microwave and incredible views of the Sandbridge sunsets. There is a brand new high speed Internet computer with wireless capability. So bring your laptop or use the computer here to surf the net and keep up with your emails and faxes. The garage/game room, with oceanfront views is fully air-conditioned with a ping pong table and a nine in one game table. It's a great place to hang out or watch a game on the wall-mounted TV. There is a huge stainless steel grill that will satisfy even the most demanding grill-master. This house is the one for you if you are looking for SOMETHING SPECIAL in Sandbridge.
