The space

Welcome to Modern Mountain!

This beautiful, new-construction, modern home is located within the Crown View community. It has incredible views of Table Rock Lake, and is just steps from Silver Dollar City (a mere 2 minutes drive or 1/2 mile).

This 4500 square foot home is wheelchair-friendly and ideal for large family events. It sleeps 35. 7 bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms, including a massive bunk room on the third level with 5 BUNK BEDS (3 twins with trundle pullouts and 2 others with full bunks), and a kid's lounge with 2 couches and TV. The home has 3 levels. There is a large kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators (second one at our wet bar in great room), two large dining tables that can seat 8 people, a HOT TUB and outdoor TV, a GRILL, an 8-person HOTTUB, GRILL, and two large decks. There are also TWO LIVING ROOMS upstairs with a FOOSBALL TABLE, AIR HOOCKEY TABLE and a WET BRAND TWO ARCADES Modern Mountain has something to offer everyone! !

Modern Mountain also offers 11 flat-screen TVs with air conditioning, 2 washers & dryers (one on each floor), cathedral ceilings in the great room/game area for incredible views of Table Rock Lake, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers, full length mirrors, linen/towels, and complimentary use of beach towels. We know that traveling families have a lot to pack, so we included TWO PACK & PLAYS, 2 HIGH CHAIRS and ONE BABY BATHTUB. This will make it easier to bring all your baby stuff on vacation.

The Neighborhood 

It also boasts tons of amenities! A HOT TUB, KIDDIEPOOL, OUTDOOR POOL WITH TWO WATERSLIDES, clubhouse, fitness centre, fire pit, PLAYGROUND and shuffleboard. You can also enjoy picnic dining w/ grills. The pool can get crowded in the summer the early bird gets the lounger! You can access the lake and launch your boat from Indian Point Marina or Rock Lane Marina in 5 minutes. Both Marinas offer nightly slip rentals. They fill up quickly in busy seasons so make your reservations early!
