Property Description

Of the home’s 8 bedrooms, 4 are found on the main living level (on the second floor), 3 of which are Master King Suites with private bathrooms. The final bedroom on the main floor features two sets of twin-sized bunk beds and a private bathroom. The remaining 4 bedrooms are on the upper level; a King Master Suite with private bathroom and private balcony access, a King Master Suite with private bathroom, a King Room with private balcony access, and finally a King Room. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The inside of the home is professionally decorated with beachy and fun furnishings so you can vacation and post to Instagram in style. The spacious kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a large flat-screen HD TV and Blu-Ray Player. Enjoy all the sights and sounds the island has to offer while your group enjoys making memories together on the expansive balcony off the main floor living area.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. There will be an additional pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
