Inside are two living areas; the downstairs living area offers excellent conversational seating, and an oversized sectional and a TV are on the second floor. The fully outfitted kitchen is designed with generous countertop space, an island for food preparation, stainless-steel industrial appliances, and a bistro table. Whether you prefer to entertain indoors or outdoors, this home has everything you need to host memorable dinner parties.Experience luxury and comfort in the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and fresh linens. Enjoy ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms and a kids' paradise in the fourth bedroom. You will never run out of things to do at your stay at The Gathering Place!-This property does not allow pets. Please note: 2 cars maximum can park at this home, 1 in driveway and 1 in street. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. These premises are monitored by video surveillance in select exterior areas.This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age.
