Property Description
Three Cal-King Suites are available, two on the first floor and one on second. The hallway bathroom is shared with the Cal-King suite and a full over full bunk bed for kids. All bathrooms feature upgraded tile flooring and quartz countertops. The home has beautiful hardwood floors.
The custom-made dining table has plenty of space for seating. The Kitchen Island has additional seating. Main Living Room has a 60" LCD TV with DVD player, Time Warner Top 250 channels and Time Warner. Wireless Internet access at high-speed is included.
The washer and dryer is located right off the kitchen. In the second living area, there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Central Air & Heat is installed in the home.
Relax in our sparkling Jacuzzi that can comfortably seat 15 people. Enjoy our outdoor seating area with natural gas BBQ grill.
This house can accommodate up to 12 people in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles 4 Maximum vehicles 4. No Outside Music Allowed According to the city code no outside music is allowed between 10:00 pm and 9:00am. You must be inside during this time. Security cameras protect the house
Prices include the mandatory Jacuzzi fee. Jacuzzi heated to 102 degrees.
No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
