Property Description

Escape to our stunning backyard oasis featuring a heated in-ground rock pool and jacuzzi! The pool has a built-in waterslide, which will keep the kids happily entertained for hours. There&#39;s ample space for the entire family to unwind and barbecue while the kids enjoy the playground structure.<br />

Our two-story home offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the cal-king master bedroom with an en-suite (jacuzzi bathtub and shower), and two additional bedrooms, one with a cal-king bed and the other with a full over full bunk bed, which share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The remaining two bedrooms, both featuring queen-sized beds and a full bathroom with a shower, are on the main floor. The main floor is equipped with a spacious living room, an open-concept family room, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for meal preparation. Beautiful tile floors run throughout the home.<br />

There is a pack &#39;n play, strollers, highchair, and booster seat for your infants &amp; toddlers.&nbsp;The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.<br />

The home has a full-size washer, dryer, central air, and heat. The couch has a queen pull-out mattress. The garage also has a full-size ping-pong table and a full-size pool table.&nbsp;<br />

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102<br />

This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).<br />
Maximum Vehicles 3 in our driveway only - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.<br />

Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.&nbsp;The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.<br />
