Nicely upgraded pool home perfect for three families.<br />

Our home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are three master suites, two with Cal king beds and one with a Queen&mdash;all with private bathrooms. The ensuite bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with marble countertops, custom-paneled vanities, and travertine tile. The showers have been custom-designed with travertine/marble inlays. The two children&#39;s rooms have full-over-full bunk beds. The children&#39;s rooms have access to a full bath in the hallway. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.&nbsp;All bedrooms have a 43-inch plasma TV.<br />
<br />
The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops, paneled cabinetry, and black appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, and microwave. Right off the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer for guests. The open-concept dining and family room provide plenty of space to entertain. The couch has a queen sleeper sofa. The glass sliding door opens to the deck and pool area. There is plenty of space to soak up the sun on our scored concrete deck surround &mdash; plenty of seating on our outdoor patio set and loungers. Natural gas BBQ grill.<br />

The game room in the detached garage has a STIGA ping pong table, air hockey, and a pool table. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for your infants and toddlers.&nbsp;<br />

The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. The home has central air and heat.<br />

This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).<br />
