Beautifully remodeled home, perfect for multiple families. This home features five bedrooms plus a loft and three bathrooms. On the main floor, there are three bedrooms: two California king master bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and a children&#39;s room with full-over-full bunk beds. The master and children&#39;s rooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, there is a California king master, a loft area with another set of full-over-full bunk beds for children, and a pull-out sofa. The upstairs rooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD TVs.<br />

The open-concept main living area is spacious and offers plenty of seating options, including a sectional, dining room table, and breakfast nook. The sectional also includes a queen-sized pull-out for additional bedding. The family room provides high-speed wireless internet. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.<br />

The kitchen is highly upgraded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer for guests&#39; use. The home is equipped with strollers, a high chair, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for infants and toddlers. The rear yard features an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, a patio set, and additional chairs. The home also has central air and heat.<br />
