The north balcony is a private balcony directly over looking the heated pool and it accessed by 2 sets of sliding glass doors from the living room. The white sand beaches are 125 yards to the west which is a one minute walk. Enjoy the best of both worlds with the Florida’s Intra-Coastal Waterway on the east side of the condo and the pool and Gulf of Mexico on the west side of the condo.
