Blue Tide (Formerly Island Sol) is luxury vacationing at its finest! This custom home is multi-leveled, professionally decorated, full of incredible amenities, and very conveniently located in Bradenton Beach! Be sure to snag Blue Tide quickly because it is truly an Anna Maria Island dream rental!
When you pull into the driveway at Blue Tide, youâll notice the homeâs bright teal exterior, its multiple balconies, and the luscious tropical greenery that dots the homeâs perimeter. Just through the front door, youâll walk into a simply decorated foyer with dark brown hardwood flooring. As you walk up the stairs, youâll notice how the hardwood floors flow throughout the space and beautifully contrast the light teal walls and professionally picked furniture. This common area is bathed in natural sunlight from its windows and nearly wall-to-wall sliding glass doors.
The kitchen is massive and simply stunning. It features light-gray, marbled granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large farmhouse sink, and a kitchen island that doubles as a breakfast bar for three. There is a sliding glass door in the kitchen that provides access to one of Blue Tide's covered balconies. This balcony has a large, rounded outdoor dining set with seating for six and views of the front yard area. The dining space is chic as it has a large rectangular table with eight seats that sit under a lovely chandelier. Adjacent to the dining space is the living room. It offers a bright white couch, two different sets of matching armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV. There is a sliding glass door in this space that also allows for easy access to the balcony.

Blue Tide offers guests a personal oasis in the backyard. Along with a ping pong table, a beach cart, beach chairs, pool and beach toys, and coolers that can be found on the ground floor, there is also a second living area with outdoor living furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge. Just outside, youâll step into the covered lanai space where there is a grill, full-sized outdoor dining set, and additional lounge chairs. The bean-shaped, private, heated pool is beautiful and set against a backdrop of palms and tropical plants. The pool has an in-water sundeck and there are several lounge chairs that surround the pool for laying out in the sun! But thatâs not all! Blue Tide is located in the heart of Anna Maria Island in Bradenton Beach. It is a 3-5 minute walk to the white sand and crystal clear, blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, close to the shops and restaurants that locals rave about, and a short drive to two drawbridges that allow for easy access into Sarasota. We had such a great time at Island Sol. Plenty of king size rooms for the grown ups and a cute bunk room for the kiddos. We had 8 adults and 7 kids and never felt cramped. Bay views and 2 blocks from the beach. Very clean inside :-). Only negative, in my opinion, was that there was no bathroom one first floor for quick potty break when in the pool. My family of 14 had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. It was perfect for a large group. Exactly as presented. The house itself is wonderfully appointed and spacious. The kitchen has every type of Dish, bowl or pan. The beds were extremely comfortable. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. So easily accessible. And in the garage there is an abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. I cannot recommend this rental property enough. We had 9 people ranging from age 9 to grandparents and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house was beautiful and we made great memories. The decks were great for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The pool area was clean and large enough for everyone to hang out. It is close to other neighbors but very private. We did have trouble with the pool heater not working but when we called the management, someone came and fixed it in a very timely manner. The house is a short walk to the beach and there was a wagon that we could use to carry chairs and umbrellas, etc. The area you cross to get to the beach has a curve in the road so you have to be cautious when crossing. Also the property has lots of stairs, not a problem for us but renters should be aware of that. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. -- Thank you for the 5 star review, Heather! Wonderful house by the beach. 6 adults and 5 kids stayed for week and we had plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the bunk room, toys, board games, pool and more. The adults loved the space, nice bathrooms and balconies to relax on. The house is a short 5 min walk to the water and sand. All your beach needs are in the garage, chairs, toys, umbrella and even a wagon to pull it with. -- Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5 star review, Matthew! Beautiful house that is fully equipped! Was perfect for 4 couples with king beds. Included blow dryers, beach chairs, ping pong table, beach toys, pool floats, wagons, coolers, little fridge by the pool area, awesome grill. Short walk to the beautiful beach.
