Colington Harbour is one of the top Outer Banks destinations. You will see this as soon as you enter this gated community. C'est La Vie has something for every member of the family! Construction is new (2022), and the design is modernized. This home has 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room. The lower level has a King-size bed, a bathroom and a wetbar. This bonus room can, if desired, be locked off from the living area upstairs to provide privacy. You can rent kayaks and paddle boards, or enjoy a firepit, a boat dock or a private dock with seating for fishing or crab-catching. There are also hammocks, sunbathing areas and outdoor showers. In the evening, enjoy the beautiful sunsets and then gaze at the stars. Spend your days exploring and walking along the Atlantic Ocean which is only 7 miles away. This home has beach chairs and umbrellas. You will have access to the community pool (**),,, tennis courts, clubhouse and playground. There is also a large soundside park with sand beach, sheltered picnic areas, basketball court and a playground. You need more space? Next door is K1531 Casa Playa! Mid Level: Bonus room with King bed, TV and Private Full Bath. Wet Bar with Microwave. Mini-Fridge and Coffee Maker. Upper Level: Great Room with Flat Screen TV and Access To Covered Deck. Dining area seats 6 people, Kitchen with Breakfast Bar seat 2, Laundry Area. Master Bedroom with King w/TV. Bedroom with King w/TV. Full Hall Bath. 2022 Community Pool dates - Memorial Day (May 30) through Labor Day (Sept. 5) *Please be aware that dates for community pools can change at any moment. **Colington Harbor Pool charges a $2 per person returnable fee. The home is new, and everything is very nice. The location was a little further out of the beach area than we had hoped but overall the neighborhood is very peaceful. The only thing we would have changed was for them to provide more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, and more than 1 dishwasher pod. For the cost of the space, that would’ve been a nice perk - nothing that would make us not book again, just something that would be nice.

And we appreciate you bringing it to our attention! We are glad you enjoyed your time in Colington Harbour... it's a great spot that most people don't know about! A 10-minute drive to the beach, but so worth it!
