We had such a wonderful week staying in this house! It was incredibly close to shopping (across the street), food and the beach. The streets had crosswalks, so safe to cross with children. We loved hanging out on the various decks or in the spacious living room. We enjoyed family meals at the table before walking back to the beach. Half of our group enjoyed the firm mattresses. We would love to stay here again!

We've been coming to the Outer Banks for 25+ years.We have family members with changing needs and houses that supply accessibility are very hard to find. This Is It is one of the few truly handicap accessible homes that is affordable and the right felt like home.The location was ideal.We had a beach wheelchair that we could push across the street to the access or down to the was fresh, well appointed and comfortable.A short drive to anywhere.We'll definitely be back!
