This was a great property and located just a few minute walk to the beach. The set up was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was great. The outside decks had more than enough room and seating for 10+ people. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. Tons of silverware and glasses. For our family it was perfect. The house is a little dated but that didn’t matter to us. The biggest issue was the ice maker in the old fridge. It only would make a few cubes a day. So we had to stock ice in our coolers. And even with that I would stay here again. Unfortunately, the property has gone up over 50% for next year which I don’t understand why. So we’ve booked elsewhere. Maybe they’re going to do some updates and renovations.

Rental experience was over all good. Very disappointed that we could not get into our rental till 6:00 PM and we were not even allowed to park our car near the property to go to the beach while we waited. we lost that whole day Saturday and have to be out by 10 the next week was another day lost so we basically paid for five days

The location and layout of this house was perfect. There was plenty of room inside and out for us to spread out. It was just a very short walk to the beach. Easy for the kids to manage. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was great and there were board games there that we enjoyed at night. There’s a market, shopping center and restaurants close by. In the shopping center there’ re bumper cars, go carts and miniature golf.
If you want to take advantage of the tours, you need to book them a week in advance. We did find there was a lot of dog hair on the sofas on the lower and mid levels. We were not able to access the Wi-Fi during our stay. We did inform the realty company but the problem was not resolved. The propane tank ran out on the second day. We purchased a new one and the realty company will reimburse us.
Despite these problems, we would stay here again. We enjoyed this house because of its location and layout.

This house was very nice with plenty of room. It is a very short walk to the beach. We had a great time the only complaint I have is our microwave broke on Wednesday morning and we never did get a new one before we left on Saturday.

It was great. Plenty of room, pool was dirty when we got there but a quick text to management and was cleaned within the hour. Easy walk to the beach. My family had an awesome week.

We rented this house for our family beach vacation and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The location is very close to the beach and the house had everything we could possibly need. The house is also within a very short drive of 2 grocery stores, many great restaurants, and ice cream. It was in great shape when we arrived and the layout of the house was perfect for us including a middle level laundry area which was very convenient. We had one minor maintenance issue that came up during our stay and it was taken care of right away. We would definitely recommend this house and we are hoping to be able to stay at this house again next year.

Great house- so close to beach, food stores and easy access to county road. The house was well appointed, clean and so comfy! Definitely enjoyed the house just wish the weather had been better

This was our fifth year vacationing with Beach Realty in Corolla, but our first year staying at Driftin’ Inn. While this vacation home has a different layout than Corolla Cool & a much smaller kitchen we enjoyed ourselves and plan to return next July Fourth to stay at the beach. This has become a tradition my children and grandchildren look forward to and I love the time with them.

This is a great house in a really nice location. Close walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Property management was very responsive to questions and handled the one very small issue we had in the house promptly. We would stay here again.

First let me say, I highly compliment the cleaning company, the property was spotless! We all oved the layout of the home which allowed for our large family to spread out and enjoy our space. The hot tub and pool were a wonderful added bonus. The home was much closer to the beach than I realized, such a short walk made carrying all of our beach gear an easily managable task. I highly reccomend this home and we will be staying here again.

Driftin' Inn; is a great place to spend time by the beach. Only a 5 minute walk gets you to a wonderful sandy beach. The house is well-equipped, plenty of space for large families and several decks where you can enjoy the sea breezes. Near to Corolla Lighthouse and plenty of choice of reasonably-priced restaurants nearby.

You guys made the check in / check out process so easy and safe. Loved the frequent reminders on important info like trash day reminders and other.

The house was very clean upon arrival. A few minor maintenance issues which I included in my check out form, but overall, the stay was nice and we didn’t want for anything.

I have gone to many beach houses over the years and the Driftin' Inn is one of the best homes that I have ever stayed in! It is in pristine condition and you can't beat the location! So worth it!

I have been to OBX at least 8 times. This is the best house I ever stayed in. The house was well maintained and had everything we needed. Less than 100 yds to the beach, pool and hot tub. Shopping center and restaurants right down the road. The thing I liked most about this house was that it had plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans in the kitchen. Also had 2 beverage refrigerators as well as the main one in kitchen. The house also had a sitting area on each floor with couches and televisions. I will stay in this house everytime I go to OBX.
