We have added a new Water Park / Splash Pad by the pool. The Water Park/Splash Pad includes: Palm tree with 3 dumping bananas, pirate sloop, ship bow with jets and cannon, beached boat slide, and more! This spacious 3 bedroom | 2 bath condo is on the ground level so you can park our front and take your luggage straight to your condo when you arrive. This condo is brand new to our Rental Program so that is why we don't have many or any reviews yet. Condo has been upgraded over the winter with all every room repainted, new artwork and furniture, new mattresses and comforters. Our ground level condos in the building are most desired of all. The private balcony of this condo is on the 2nd level facing the beach so you have a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living area has spacious seating and Flat Screen TV for your games and movies. We have a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances. The dining area has seating for 6 and seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, Flat Screen TV, access to the private balcony, and a private bathroom with vanity and tub/shower. The guest rooms have 2 full size beds in one and a queen size bed in the other. **This property is managed by Beach Getaways in Orange Beach, Alabama. You must be 25 years old or 21 years old and married to reserve this property. For groups of Single Adults, we may require all guests in the group to be 25 years of age and proof of age may be required before approving the reservation. Parking: Parking passes are available for sale at the front desk. You will be required to buy a parking pass. It will be a onetime fee so the pass will be valid through your whole stay.
