With a 2 car garage an extra-large driveway there is more than enough guest parking. Take the stairs or elevator to the main floor where you will find an open kitchen, living and dining area, with walk out balconies at the front and back of the home. &nbsp;The Queen bedroom just off the main living space looks out onto the tropical backyard pool area.&nbsp; The top floor has a large master king bedroom at the front of the house with large balcony with ocean views, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine for a breathtaking sunset experience. &nbsp;The master has a large en-suite with glass shower and walk-in closet. &nbsp;The top floor also has a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and the fourth bedroom with a queen bed both share a full bathroom off the hall.&nbsp; </span></span></span></span></span></p>

We do our rentals from Saturday to Saturday,&nbsp; if you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to reservations@beachretreatsfl.com as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations&nbsp;<br />

Guests are allowed up to 2 dogs provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people.&nbsp;Pet must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee of $150&nbsp; will be due at the time of booking&nbsp;to accommodate for extra cleaning/pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved pet. We closely monitor all properties.<br />

NO CANCELATION FEES Cancellation Policy (Effective for reservations made on or after August 13, 2025) Cancel 30+ days before arrival &rarr; Full refund (no fees). Cancel within 30 days of arrival &rarr; No refund. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Beach Retreats on or before the 30-day deadline. $500 deposit due at time of booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrivalonce paid, it&rsquo;s non-refundable. Extended stays (over 2 weeks) or bookings over $20,000 &rarr; Full payment due 45 days before arrival; once paid, it&rsquo;s non-refundable. Third-party travel insurance purchased through Beach Retreats is non-refundable.<br />
If the Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, it must be done outside of the 30-day cancellation period, or normal cancellation rules apply. No changes are permitted during the stay.&nbsp;<br />
This home features Silicon Travel. With Silicon Travel&#39;s firewall place in place, you can prevent internet access to any malicious activity in a Vacation rental home. Any guest device (WebCam, Baby Monitor, etc) can be added for a set time and will be removed automatically upon departure.&nbsp;<br />
