Located on a private street in Pleasure Point, this two story home features wonderful outdoor spaces where you can relax in casual comfort and entertain effortlessly while enjoying the modern amenities such as an open kitchen/living combo with vaulted ceilings, skylights, gas stove and modern counter level refrigerator! Two master suites make this perfect for two couples traveling together. The third bedroom has a trundle bed and offers additional sleeping for two singles.

The large windows, skylights, outdoor living spaces, and natural setting frame the surf, beach, lake and nature that surrounds you. Breathe in nature’s freshness, grab your beach gear, walk through your back gate and stroll along Moran Lake to the sand and surf that awaits!

Surfview Chalet is ideally situated between Capitola by the Sea and downtown Santa Cruz, and walking distance to some of the best surfing, beaches, coffee, dining and shopping in the region.

Cleanliness and safety in our homes is always our number one priority, and I want to personally assure you that we have expanded our already strict cleaning protocols and added additional housekeeping staff to take extra precautions between guests. We are sanitizing all high touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, faucets, and handles and opening windows and doors to allow fresh salt air to circulate, and we have outfitted each rental with disinfectants that can be used by guests that are in-house.
