This unit is located in a commercial building above a retail establishment, and is fully turnkey - ready to provide you with everything needed for a fun and lively getaway to Capitola. A full kitchen is available should you wish to eat in, and a cozy bedroom with queen sized bed is ready when you are ready to retire for the evening. Festivals are nearly every weekend in the summer and include everything from art & wine to car shows to weekly movie nights at the beach - which are a fun and unique experience in this beach town.

Cleanliness and safety in our homes is always our number one priority, and I want to personally assure you that we have expanded our already strict cleaning protocols and added additional housekeeping staff to take extra precautions between guests. We are sanitizing all high touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, faucets, and handles and opening windows and doors to allow fresh salt air to circulate, and we have outfitted each rental with disinfectants that can be used by guests that are in-house.
