Our vacation was tainted by our experience with the Benchmark management and Zia rentals. They mishandled almost everything! Didn’t come thru w/ the additional parking we set up & the check in link was wrong . We arrived at the parking garage at 3:10pm and showed them our link to get in that stated our parking pass was in the room, but was denied parking in the garage without the pass in hand. The parking attendant was very nice and let us park in oversized while we got things figured out. Tried contacting via text and call and was unable to reach them. Used a friends extra parking pass to get in. While making our way to the room finally got ahold of someone and asked if the room was ready. They said yes but we would have to pay $65 to get early access so we stood in the hall and waited the 15 min left out. 4pm – code doesn’t work, multiple calls were made and message sent....25 minutes later we are in the room to find no parking pass or wrist bands. Sent another message finally someone showed the bands. Got our parking pass and wifi for us. Wake up the next morning to fridge not working and lost food. Messaged them and no response. My husband discovered a GFI had been tripped and that ended up fixing it. New check in email sent instead of check out. Last day finally got a hold of someone on the phone and advised them of everything that happened and what was not working in the unit. She was very nice and confirmed she was seeing that the calls were not returned and messages went unanswered. 
Likes: Resort – Location -Layout of condo
Dislikes: Outdated furniture -Showerheads had no pressure - Broom and vacuum were cheap and not effective.
Needed repairs reported: Lint trap broken & HVAC filter/Return vent disgusting.
We will not be staying in this unit again. I can recommend unit 1205 that we stayed in Oct 2022 for our anniversary or our friends this trip had unit 1903 and their experience was stellar. We will
