Property Description

Pelican’s Roost is a beautifully distinguished 5 bedroom and 3.5 bath beach vacation home. This home is perfectly positioned only 200 yards from beach access (golf cart provided), and maintains a private 600' marsh boardwalk and pier head attaching to the Davis Canal. Exclusive fishing, crabbing, and bird watching are yours to enjoy. This home has a reverse floor plan with kitchen, dining room, living room, and large master bedroom on the top floor, thus offering spectacular marsh views. The kitchen is fully stocked with high quality appliances including a separate ice maker beneath a granite topped island. The top floor also includes a back (marsh side) screened in porch and an open front porch. The first floor has a second master bedroom and three additional large bedrooms, and a large front porch. There are flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and a 55' flat screen with a blue-ray DVD in the top floor living room. The Great room TV is Chromecast capable, which allows guests to stream Netflix, Hulu, and You Tube videos from their wi-if devices (IPad, laptop, etc.) to the TV. The home has a large two-car garage and provides a ping pong table, corn-hole game, bocce ball, beach buggy, wagon, and a charcoal grill. The home also has wireless internet, 3-dvd players, washer/dryer, high chair, pack-n-play, and a safety gate for the top level stairs. Pelican's Roost can be a combined with adjoining Pelican's Perch to create an 11 bedroom/6 Bath (sleeps 27) rental with separate entrances, 2 Fully Equipped, Gourmet Kitchens, 3 Refrigerators, & 2 Living Rooms.
