Property Description
All Things New is a beautiful home in the River Mountain gated community. With three bedrooms and three and a half baths, a hot tub and grill on the deck, and swing by the firepit overlooking the views, everyone can find something to love at All Things New!
Ample, flat parking for 3-4 cars welcomes you at All Things New. Enter through the front and step into the kitchen and dining area. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances make the kitchen a perfect place to entertain. The dining table seats up to six and two barstools at the counter provide enough seating for everyone.
In the living room, there is a comfortable sectional and a recliner. Relax by the wood burning fireplace watching a movie at one of the 5 TVs in the home. There is a half bath for your comfort off of the kitchen. Each level of the home has a bedroom and a full bathroom. On the main level, there is a Queen bed with a TV and deck access. The ensuite bath featuring a soaking tub and a tiled shower.
Upstairs you'll find a sitting area in the loft and a matching Queen bedroom with TV and ensuite bath. In the lower level, there is a den with a kitchenette and large TV and sectional. The concrete floor was cut and stained by hand. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed and a tub/shower combination in its adjoining bathroom. The laundry center is in this bathroom, as well. The bedroom has an exterior door to the lower yard.
On the deck you'll find a gas grill and a large hot tub, lowered into the deck for easier access. Wooden gliders are there to sit and enjoy the fresh air. Off the deck, there is a bench swing and fire pit, overlooking the mountains towards Sugar.

Pets are welcome for an additional rent of $25/night each. Max of 2 dogs, mature and trained.
The main roads are plowed in winter, but AWD or 4WD vehicles are required November-March due to inclement weather. Chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
