The condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests with two inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The spacious primary suite offers a peaceful retreat of its own, complete with private deck access, a TV, and an en suite bathroom featuring both a shower and a separate soaking tub.

Winter visitors: Mountain roads can be challenging during snowy or icy conditions, and 4WD or traction may be required.

Please note that this is a lower level unit accessed by external stairs.
It is plowed in winter, but due to the elevation 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this property.
Max of two (2) cars per unit are permitted at The Reserve.
Guests returning to The Owl's Nest may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
Grills are not permitted on the deck of the unit itself.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
