The main level offers a comfortable living room with a gas-log, stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and 32-inch cable HDTV with DVD player, a covered deck with rockers, a bedroom with two&nbsp;queen-sized beds and cable TV, a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed,&nbsp;plus a teepee playhouse for kids and a&nbsp;TV. Also on the main level is a full bathroom, the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has been stocked with everything you need, whether you&#39;re preparing a large group meal or a romantic dinner for two.<br />

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a queen room and a primary king room.&nbsp;The&nbsp;huge primary suite has a King-sized bed, cable TV, and sitting area. These rooms share a full Jack and Jill bathroom. Snuggle up with your favorite book or take a nap in one of the two overstuffed chairs in the cozy sitting area.<br />

Downstairs is a game room and entertainment area with cable TV&nbsp;and a gas-log fireplace. The game room offers a pool table, foosball table, and an arcade game. The second master with a King-sized bed, cable TV and private bathroom are also located on the lower level. -&nbsp;The driveway is plowed in winter, but&nbsp;4WD&nbsp;or&nbsp;AWD&nbsp;vehicles are<b> required November-March</b>, and chains may also be necessary to access the all properties in winter months. We are happy to help you find the home with the access you are most comfortable with, any time of year!<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.</span></span><br />

Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
