A large kitchen island with seating for four creates the perfect spot for meals or morning coffee.
Outdoor amenities are designed with boaters in mind. The 50' dock includes a fish-cleaning station and quick access to the canals.This home is less than 3 miles from a public boat ramp.There is an ice maker located downstairs for prepping coolers before a day on the water. The home offers ample parking for up to three vehicles plus a boat trailer, making arrival and loading easy. A Nexgrill propane grill is also available for outdoor cooking. For security, one camera is mounted at the front of the home facing the road. This home accommodates up to 3 cars and one boat trailer.

This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. ***The renter will be asked to send a photo of their drivers license upon booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
