The property features 2 houses, and the views are simply breathtaking. Located just a short walk from famous Polly's Pancake Parlor, you will have access to a myriad of activities, from skiing, to hiking, to sightseeing (Sugar Hill is one of New England's most photographed towns, home of the famous Lupine Festival!). With large lawns, a pond, and a deck with an amazing views, you may never want to go inside!

-Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee
-The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval

-At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations
-Pets not allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from unit.
