Stayed a week in Gulf Dunes. Everything was wonderful. This is our 9th year to stay in a Brooks and Shorey rental. They always handle things professionally with a personal touch and in a timely manner. The condo was fantastic. Well stocked, clean and beautiful. This unit was a 3 BR 3 Bath, I had 7 people in my party and we all had enough space, didn’t feel cramped at all. It was a corner condo, so the deck was big as well. The views were awesome every morning and evening! Great place to stay!!

This condo was great! Very spacious and wonderful view. The pools were nice but little small for large crowds. With that being said we were there as a softball tournament so lots of teenagers. I wish the complex had a hot tub! Will definitely consider staying here again. Brooks and Shorey resorts were the best to work with!!

This condo is amazing! Very clean and had so much extras. Pots, baking sheets, can opener, lots of hangers. Everything in this condo was superb. My family of 5 loved it. We will be back. We can tell the owners take great pride in the condo. Everything in the condo is great quality. We will be back- so many times!!! Thank you for an amazing week.

Happy Mother's Day 2021-05-12

We had a wonderful getaway thanks to this gem of a condo! It has some of the best views, it's kitchen was well stocked! (minus 3 little things - dishwashing soap, sponge, & paper towels), they did bring us paper towels. The pool close to us was closed but not a big deal, we came for the beach. Bedrooms have all that you need and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms. None of the bathrooms had shampoo or conditioner and no hair dryers, so be sure to bring your own. We had a small issue with the sheets in the master bedroom, but housekeeping came right away and put new sheets on the bed. This condo comes with two chairs and and umbrella which was very nice too. We will definitely rent this unit again. If you like donuts, check out Okaloosa Donuts or Parlor Donuts. Maybe even next Mothers's Day.

Please note though, that only one of the two pools was closed by the HOA, to install new railings during this time. This was not a Brooks and Shorey issue. We had an awesome week. Condo was fantastic, very clean and well equipped. Property management employees always friendly and helpful if needed. This is our 10th stay in a Gulf Dunes Property. This year the heated pool was closed due to painting of the building, but the kids never missed it!!! Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful condo. This was our 2nd year to rent this particular condo and hope to return next year.

This condo is exactly as pictured. It is nicely decorated and clean. I was most amazed at how fully stocked the kitchen was with EVERY gadget, utensils and dishes needed, which is a great bonus when cooking and entertaining. The pool area is just ok but I believe most people go to this location for the beach. We enjoyed our week stay.
