Rental process was very simple. Jessica was extremely helpful and polite to my questions. The unit was clean and organized but the hall /shared bathroom had issues with toilet. I’d like to suggest a nicer array of pots and pans as well as a small strainer for cooking. Overall it was pleasant and just what my husband and I needed

The unit was clean & ready in time. The staff was as always wonderful. The unit was adequately equipped although I think if you are staying fir an extended period, a crockpot would be a nice touch. Our stay in October was lovely and so was the weather.

Hurricane Sally! 2020-10-02

We arrived the same night as hurricane Sally, which definitely put a damper on things. As far as the property, the condo was clean as just as advertised. However, there were 2 broken chairs on the balcony. The maintenance staff had the hurricane shutters closed before we arrived, I think they had to notice those! Because of Sally, we were without power for 24 hrs, without internet and cable the entire time. Also because of Sally, there was no elevator for 3 days. I understand those things could not be controlled by the property mgmt, that's just a risk you take when scheduling a beach vacation in advance!
