Our rental was wonderful for our family. Our only wish is that in the guest bedroom there were black out drapes to block out the outside light that stay on all night, closing the blinds didn’t darken the room enough.

Everything else was wonderful, definitely will book again.

I have stayed at this location 4 times previously and this was the first time in this unit. The condo's are always beautifully decorated, extremely clean and I have always had a good experience with my friends and family here.
The location is perfect because it is away from the crowds and usually mostly occupied by families. The beach is beautiful and you are only a few minute drive from Destin and Fort Walton attractions.

This was simply a wonderful place to call home for our week at the beach this year! This was the first time staying in this building (always stayed at Pelican Isle before) but I think we like this location even better! Best patio furniture of any rental condo we've ever had on Okaloosa Island! The only shortcoming of this unit was that there was no blender... but we went to Walmart and bought one and left it behind for future guests to enjoy. You can never go wrong when renting through Brooks & Shorey!

Once again we weren't disappointed with our stay at Gulf Dunes. Brought the Kids, Grandkids this time and they really enjoyed the week. First time staying at Gulf Dunes. My daughter spent a lot of evenings out on the balcony with me that I will charish always. Miss having a hot tub but over all nothing what so ever to complain about. I encourage anyone staying at the condos to read through the magazine books/booklets. They have a lot of info on the Fort Walton area that you may not know about and getting off the reg path everyone takes might find you a little hidden paradise. I know it did this time for us. We found a great place to find shells and snorkel within a 15 min. drive from the condo.

Super cute and cozy condo. Everything was in working order and was super clean. I only wish we had been notified ahead of time that the pool would be closed all week due to building upgrades. We could have stayed in the west tower or another Brooks and shorey location.
