IT was great. Water was smooth and calm. Condo was great too! Saw lots of dolphins from my beach chair.

Wedding weekend trip 2022-09-24

Great location to the location where we were attending a wedding for our niece. Condo needs some up dating. Had a few lamps that wasn’t working and the bedroom furniture needs updating. Master bed head board was loose and when you moved it hit the wall. Other than a few things needing repairs and updating, enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

Everything was perfect about this location, my only complaints are the top
Bunk bed guard rail was loose to the point I couldn't put my 4 yr old up there for fear of
It not holding up. Also the cable in the bunk room didn't work. The bed in the master was horribly uncomfortable and hard as a board. Although the place was fantastic, a more comfortable master would be imperative for me to book again.

We loved our stay here. The condo was exactly as described, the beach service was awesome, our condo was clean, it was in a great location. Our dislikes were minimal, the pillows were thin and there was not any condiments (olive oil, salt and pepper, etc) which we thought was so strange. Overall we will definitely stay again!

Nice condo and enjoyed the accommodations. However, beach company representing the condo providing chairs was rude and very overbearing. Beach patrol and staff were also rude and didn’t seem to want visitors in their city.

Love the Gulf Dunes 2022-04-03

We have stayed at Gulf Dunes many times and it never disappoints. Location is great- like to be able to walk across the street for dinner. The beach chairs and umbrellas are a plus- one less thing to bring to the beach. The only thing about the unit is the beds- definitely need to be upgraded, not very comfortable, they are on the hard side and not in a good way-

The Condo was very nice and clean. The ocean front view was amazing. This was our first time staying in Fort Walton at this condo. I would definitely stay here again

Another Great Stay 2021-06-21

We have stayed at this location several times and always have a great experience. The room was clean and ready for us on time. There were courtesy items in the kitchen such as dishwasher detergent and laundry soap to get us started. The views as always were stunning. Plenty of towels, a well stocked kitchen and clean and pleasant general areas. The parking was fantastic and in the garage so our vehicle wasn't in the sun all day. Overall a fantastic experience.

Great Location 2021-05-10

This unit is in the west building on the fourth floor, which was a perfect location for us. We like to be high enough to see far out in the ocean. The extra room with the bunk beds is perfect for our two younger boys and gave everyone privacy. The pool was always clean. We had excellent customer service with Brooks & Shorey.

The unit did have a couple of minor issues. In the master bathroom, the plug to the bath/shower did not work so we had to get the stopper from the other bathroom for baths. Also, the toilet in the master bath banged on the wall every time you got up. The light switches are a little bit confusing around the unit; the bathroom switches are outside of the bathroom, kitchen switches are in the hallway, that kind of thing. But the unit was nice and we would definitely stay again! The decorating was right up our alley. I would definitely recommend.
