The condo was gorgeous. We loved the comfy furniture on the patio. The new pretty paint color blended with the gulf waters. We loved the small double doors going into the master. Great solution to the awkward original design. Very clean. We will definitely request this unit again. Brooks and Shorey staff are awesome and extremely accommodating.

This unit is wonderful. It is beautiful, well appointed and clean. The balcony has different types of seating which is perfect for everyone. We will be requesting this unit again for next year. Renting with Brooks and Shorey was so easy. They are helpful and available.

Great week at the beach 2022-10-10

We have booked through Brookes and Shorey in the past and have never had any major issues. This property was well maintained and in a great location. The only complaint I have was it was not the most spotless unit we have stayed in. I believe they were running behind that day on cleaning as we were not able to check in right at 4 . The floors were wet when we arrived, but they were very dirty. All of our feet were black and my sons legs and arms were black form playing with his toys on the floor so I believe they just did a spot job with water. We wore shoes inside all week and everything was fine other than that.

A Week of Sunshine 2022-10-03

As always, the process with B&S was smooth and super easy from booking to check-out. The condo was as pictured, beds were comfortable, decor tasteful, and kitchen was better equipped than most we have stayed at so far. Plenty of room plus some for our family of 3. Appreciated the over-sized showers. Very close to the elevators and very short walk to the pool and beach access. Our only complaint would be the cleanliness - which is out of character for B&S - it seems the floors were completely forgotten: sand (and lots of it!) everywhere and sticky spots throughout the condo floor, along with the master bath countertop. The condo otherwise was clean and well-maintained. The property had employees cleaning the pool, walkways, trash, etc daily. Overall, we would return!

Plenty of room. Kitchen with plenty of appliances and dishes. Close to the elevator and beach. Under cover parking was great! The sliding doors didn’t lock well, but there were wooden pieces to make it more secure.

This is a nice 2 bedroom + bunk room unit with direct beach view. 5th floor is a perfect height for enjoying the view. Unit directly above pool which has advantages and potential disadvantages (more noise). Great parking spot! Dining area is a little crowded but good for up to 6. Property was well maintained and unit was in good shape. Beach was not overcrowded during spring break and the beach service was good as well. No issues with our stay. Received our check in call a little early which was great and check out was easy.
