We loved this rental!
A couple of suggestions: extra blanket in 2nd bedroom and drapes on the window. The light outside makes it difficult to sleep well with only blinds on the window. Also hand soap in the kitchen would be helpful.

-Proximity to beach
-Unit interior layout

Cons:
-Elevator situation not good; incredibly slow and cannot meet demand
-Lobby layout very bad; became super crowded with everyone crowding the two slow elevators in the corner of a tiny lobby with a single swinging door to enter
-Pool is tiny and could barely handle the people there on a nice day

Our extended family rented 6 condos at Gulf Dunes. Ours was okay but not the best in comparison. The stove and frig were older and the TV in family room small. The decor was southwest instead of the beach look. Beds were comfortable. Needed a new skillet and had only 2 teaspoons

This is a nice unit with great view and well located to everything. The two beds were great but bunk beds were very hard to sleep on. The unit was clean and has what you need. You will need to bring your own tp and paper towels ect. We loved and used the free activities that come with this rental. This was a wonderful perk! Overall it was a lovely stay.

Nice place. Enjoyed our stay. Couple of issues. Had sand in a couple of the beds. Also, the dryer took forever to dry a load of laundry. Other than those things, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, 6th floor view was wonderful. We enjoyed our coffee each morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Easy access to the beach and pool. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The beach service ( umbrella and two chairs) made it super easy to just walk down.
