The unit was very nice and my family enjoyed the stay despite the broken elevators. Unfortunate that our stay was over a holiday and repairs were unable to be made while we were there. A minor inconvenience for me, but a major one for my octogenarian father.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. Except for the glass table. It was pretty nasty so we picked up the glass and cleaned all the crumbs and sticky whatever up and put the glass back down. The condo lacked cookie sheet to bake biscuits and large bowl(used a pot) We were in 3 different Condo's. As for everything else in the Condo itself I have no complaints. The Condo, sheets and towels were clean.

This is the third time we have stayed in this condo, and the fifth time we have stayed in this complex. As long as the price continues to be right we will definitely return next summer! We love the condo, the beach and the area.

We’ve stayed at the Islander almost every year since 2015 always through Brooks and Shorey... This was the first time in this unit.... The pros: great updated appliances... fridge was so big with ice maker and water and pull out freezer. Microwave and dishwasher updated and new. Washer and dryer are almost commercial grade and worked like a charm! It was stocked with soooo many towels.... Never had a unit with that many before... so nice! Cons: unit is in desperate need for new furniture and decor... It’s old, feels dirty and all the wall art is so faded. Also.., I do NOT cook on vacation... but I do make breakfast casseroles and I was shocked there was not a 9x13 Pyrex. Also no tongs to flip bacon.... And only 2 normal coffee mugs. There’s lots of coffee cups... but they’re tiny and look more like espresso cups than coffee cups. Also... not one Tupperware or plastic dish for leftovers. Literally nothing to store food in after the fact.....Random. There’s carpet in the bedrooms and it isn’t as bad as it looks in the pics but should prob be replaced too. Master shower is new and had no issues in the bathroom whatsoever. Overall I’d stay in the unit again.... But owners really should consider updating the living room furniture and also upgrading the patio furniture too....

We love Okaloosa Island and this is our second time at the Islander Resort. Our unit was roomy and clean. The view is great and the beach service is a huge perk. Can't beat the view, the beach, the sunsets. Worth the drive for sure.

The view from this condo is breathtaking. It is very spacious. This is the second time we have rented this condo, once in 2019. This time it wasn't dirty but I feel like it could use a scrub down on the wall hangings, light fixtures, base boards, and the exhaust fans. It has nice new appliances, and floors are easy to clean.
