We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle 214. We had the best time introducing our 2 yr old to the beach. Only derogatory thing we had to say was the living room furniture could have been more comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Brooks and Shorey are a professional operation. We received timely emails, and phone calls, that kept us up to date but at the same time did not smother our inboxes. Once there the room was clean with a great view of the beach. I am a coffee drinker and was pleased to see a coffee maker that took both ground coffee and K-pods even though it wasn't described as such.
Over all, I would stay at Pelican Isle again and use Brooks and Shorey again.

We enjoyed our stay by the sea brooks and Shorey did not disappoint. View and amenities were there. Unit needs new mattresses on sofa and king size bed. Everything else was great We will return for sure. This was my fourth visit. Weather did not cooperate! We enjoyed it anyway

Once again we had a lovely vacation experience at Pelican Isle. We have stayed here for the past 8 years, and the only disappointment this year was the hot tub was closed. Guess I can understand the concern with Covid-19, but would have been nice to know that before we arrived. Brooks and Shorey are always easy to work with. This unit was very clean, well stocked, and very comfortable bed.

Condo is in a great location in Fort Walton beach. It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. I would recommend this room to those coming down for a beach trip. The only negative comment I have is that the bed in the master wasn’t very comfortable. The mattress and pillows seemed very worn. Otherwise it is a great property!

I have rented from brooks and shorty about 5 different times I have always had a wonderful experience. Due to change in travelers we down graded to a 1 bedroom this time and check in was great ... the furniture and appliances however were worn out and chairs appeared dingy/dirty , the burner elements were sticking out and in order to use them I had to repeatedly push them back down , the remote for living room tv was non functioning even after we bought new batteries and told gentleman at front desk about our issue nothing was every followed up on ... the stucco on balcony was broken up .... this is truly not my usual experience with this company . I will use Brooks and Shorey again I just wasn’t 100% satisfied this trip ��

We enjoyed our stay at pelican isle room 214. The view once you walk in the front door is awesome!!! The only real complaint we have is that the mattress needs to be replaced in the bedroom. My husband felt like he was on a slope and the carpeting needs to be replaced in the bedroom also. Super clean, great pool. We love pelican isle. Check in and out with brooms and shorey is so easy.
