Everything was just like is was listed in the ad , very clean, very comfortable, and very cozy. Sliding glass door was a little rough to open but other than that everything else was perfect. Plan on staying again next year.

I’d recommend this unit 309. Pros: you don’t have to stay a week. Check in does not have to be Saturday to Saturday. Free parking. 2 chairs and umbrella comes with the unit. It’s on quiet Okaloosa Island. Cons: no storage for our suitcases. Limited pots and pans, if you wanted to cook. Not alot of glasses. Very small balcony

It's like your own small house. Very clean, there are dishes already in the kitchen, towels available, washer and dryer in unit. Great view, spacious, and overall great experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable condo. Great location. The only negative is the pool area. It is small with limited seating. Beach service was fantastic. Condo has everything you need. We even saw dolphins the day before we left.

This condo has everything you would need to make a family vacation success. Beach access right in your backyard, chairs, umbrellas, washer and dryer were new and efficient. We had absolutely everything we needed and more. I highly recommend these condos and plan to come back as soon as possible. Air conditioner worked fabulous!!!!

We loved the location! Couldnt be any closer to the sand! Room was great, it had everything we needed and more!! Only thing the floors were a little dirty, and the balcony door wouldn’t lock, and none of the TVs worked. None of these were deal breakers and we would stay again!!

Condo was tastefully decorated, well kept and clean. Very peaceful and quiet other than the sound of waves rolling. Fabulous seafood in the area. Gulf water still a bit chilly this time of year. Heated pool very nice in the evening. If I return to Fort Walton beach I will try to stay here again.

Even better than the pictures. Comfy King Bed. Room Temp was perfect. Free Beach Service was a great bonus. Loved the distance and ease of getting on and off the beach. Perfect view. Two elevators made things easier. Plenty of towels and space for 4 people. Plenty of parking. Washer and Dryer worked perfectly. Check in and out was extremely simple, all done by phone. The only suggestion would be some comfier furniture for the living area. Thank you for making our vacation great!

It was great! The staff that did the beach set up were very nice and accommodating. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, and the couch was very stained, but overall we were very satisfied
