This condo unit is fantastic. The furniture is new and contemporary, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the view is beautiful. We experienced no issues in our one week stay.

Pelican Isle 311 was a lovely unit! We would love to go back. The location was perfect the free chairs and umbrella set up was added bonus. Conner the beach attendendant was very helpful.

Nearly perfect 2022-10-24

This is one of my favorite units. It's clean, quiet and has almost everything you'd expect.
I have stayed here twice in one season however, and the door code did not change. This is a pretty big security issue to me. Also on my latest visit, they did not leave dish towels and pot holders as they usually do.
Not necessarily specific to this unit but to all units in this building, they need blackout curtains on the bedroom window. The sun will blast you in the morning. (at least you'll be up early enough to reserve a chair on the beach. Seriously. Do that.)
The dishwasher also needs attention.
Other than that, I recommend it.

We have been staying at Pelican Isle since it was built. Our favorite unit is 311. It is always clean well equipped and one special draw is the covered parking. That is very special to us. It is like coming home!

My daughter and I stayed in this lovely condo the week of Thanksgiving. The condo was well appointed, cutely decorated, and met all of our needs. The only suggestion I can make is perhaps firmer pillows (or bring your own) I woke up with a crick in my neck every morning. The beach is beautiful, and I woke up every morning a jogged the west end of the island. The complex wasn’t very crowded since it was off-season but I doubt I would want to stay there during peak season as there is a lot of noise coming from the pool area, etc. Overall we had a lovely stay and would stay at this particular complex/condo again.
