Our rental unit in Pelican Isle was very clean. I would eliminate the fake flower arrangements - they are dust collectors. Also, bring your own hangers as there were no hangers in the closet! Other than that, the condo was fine. Pelican Isle Mgmt needs to fix the elevator - maybe it's fixed now but the entire week we were there, it was out of commission leaving only 1 elevator.

The vacation rental was exactly how pictured. The location was fantastic. Very quiet and peaceful. The condo was clean and provided everything they stated. Of I had any questions at all, Brooks and Shorey was very prompt, and professional. I would recommend to stay again and would love to stay again in the future.

We had a blast, but 402 needs some updates 2021-07-23

We love the property and location. Brooks and Shorey are also great to work with. They were quick to address most issues. However, the last time we were there I don't think we had to call them once. Thus unit needs a little updatin.
For example the washing machine sounds like a jet engine when on spin cycle (can barely hear each other talk). Hopefully that will be addressed soon because otherwise a great place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised, clean and organized. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and everyone we encountered was super nice. Our kids LOVED the bunk beds with TVs. Bit of advice: Book any boat trips early because they fill up fast Thanks for a lovely stay.
