Pelican Isle and Brooks and Shorey are excellent combination! The unit was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. The appliances were all very nice and updated. Has carpet in the living area and bedroom. It needs replacing.

The unit was very clean and neat. Not really any storage for suitcase contents. The mattress was horrible, even had boards under it. The fan was on high, had to call maintenance concerning fan and mattress. The TV in the bedroom went wonkie the last day. The pool and beach were great as well as the rest of the condo. I sent this before but no reply from you guys. Possibly willing to stay again next year.

This condo was amazing in so many ways!! Location,view, price and amenities just to name a few. The only issue I have was the master bedroom mattress because it wasn’t comfortable due to it sinking in when laying on it. I would definitely return to this condo anytime I am in Fort Walton. I do suggest bringing dish soap and/or dishwasher pods if you plan on cooking because we were only provided with a trial pack for dishwasher.

Beautiful view! Quiet location! The weather was perfect! Easy check-in. What else can I say? My only concern was the high top tables- both on the balcony and in the room. Very uncomfortable. Small children and mobility impaired adults would have a hard time sitting and eating comfortably.

First trip to Fort Walton Beach and was very pleased with our stay. Not exactly luxury but exactly what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable, easy access to the beach and an amazing view, couldn't have asked for more. Can't wait to come back!

This unit was clean and had a great view. The tall chairs and table on the deck was perfect for the unobstructed view of the water. This establishment was quiet during spring break. Perfect for those who do not appreciate a party atmosphere. I would stay here again.

We had a few issues. On Tuesday 9/12 the water was shut off for the entire building from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. I think some kind of notification should have been given to all guest. The ceiling in the kitchen shows some type of water leak from the unit above. On Sunday 9/15 we had water on the kitchen floor. I spoke to the lady in the unit above us she was told not to use the shower. One of the elevators did not work for a couple of days and the west stairway was closed for painting. Not sure if we will stay at Pelican Isle again.

Unfortunately maintenance concerns arise randomly and have to be addressed as such, and there's no way for us to predict when these are going to arise.
