My two sons and mother had a wonderful time! Perfect location. Staff was friendly and attentive. The bunks are more suited for younger children, but my 13 and 15 year olds were able to get comfortable. FYI...there is no blender, so bring one of you want margaritas! The master bedroom mattress is very firm.

We were extremely pleased with our getaway to Fort Walton Beach. Pelican Isle was in the perfect location and had an amazing beach. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. The beach attendant was AMAZING and worked diligently to set up early each morning. We will be back!

Great condo! Very clean. Plenty of towels, etc.Great balcony furniture, loved the "high" chairs. If you like a very firm bed, this is it. Nice leather couch, at one time. Back cushions about flat. We had a great time. Wish the weather had been better. 3 great days, 1 all day rain and 6 cloudy. The condo was great, nice view. The shower needs a bit of work and maybe update the silverware. All in all an awesome 10 days. Definitely looking at Pelican Isle again next year!

Perfect weekend getaway 2021-09-09

This condo was very spacious for a one bedroom, extremely clean, comfortable, well stocked, and had spectacular views. It was just the two of us, but with bunkbeds in the hallway area, there was room for our two grandchildren, a very nice feature. Check-in and check-out is very simplistic, parking is close and the elevators were never too busy, even on a holiday weekend, again, it was a perfect getaway.

I've stayed at many condo's from Brooks and Shorey, this one wasn't one of my favorites just because of the layout of where the pool is and the boardwalk. The king mattress could use an upgrade it was very uncomfortable but other than that we enjoyed our stay and will 100% rent from B&S again :)

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and the location was wonderful. We received our door code earlier than expected. We did not have any maintenance issues other than the bathroom tub didn’t drain well. Not a big deal at all! Next time I will bring extra pillows. That’s just a personal preference. The beds were all very comfortable. I would most certainly stay here again!

The condo was very clean, beautiful and we loved having the chairs and umbrella set us for us each day. Pool area was very nice. The neighbors in 503 on the other hand were teenagers with no adult supervision in the unit, very loud day and night, someone called police because of fighting in the hallway and vomit outside our door because of underage drinking. We called but were told that this unit wasn't one of yours so there wasn't anything you could do about it but have us move to another unit if one was available.
