We have stayed in this unit before a few years ago and it has aged a little since then. It could use a little TLC. But the view remains as beautiful as ever!

Had exact layout / floor plan of other rooms we've stayed in but for lower price and beach service included! Rooms was clean and had what we needed. Smaller place , outside Destin, if you don't mind driving a few miles to go into Destin for restaurants etc then this is your place!

Overall very happy with the stay. One elevator went out, that was a bummer. The smoking area is not shaded or marked very well. All in all we had a great time, as always.

This is 2nd year we stayed at Pelician Isle. Condo was very clean. Brooke and Shorey great people to deal with. Short walk to beach great balcony view. I would recommend Pelican Isle. See you next year.

We enjoyed the place and the particular property. It's a good location. We loved having covered parking and umbrella and chair rental. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. Only two concerns: the master bedroom had dust hanging on the wall behind the bed and the nightstand. And the bathroom sink drips in the master bath. Just FYI the Alexa didn't work either. Not sure what it was supposed to control.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Pelican isle is a nice smaller rental property and we like that. We also like the hot tub!

The room was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked. We will stay in this unit again. The young man (Conner) that set up the beach chairs and umbrella was extremely polite.

Wonderful condo! Very, very clean. Kitchen has everything you need well stocked! Great ocean view & comfy balcony furniture. Loved the hotel style comforter on the King bed. Overall we had a great time. Brooks Shorey are the best rental co we've ever dealt with. Already booked w/them again to return in Oct.

We had a wonderful time. This trip was a surprise from my hubby for our 37th wedding anniversary. The staff a Brooks an Shorey were friendly and professional and they made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, the location was very nice and that view from that balcony was priceless!! I would definitely recommend this property. We will stay there again.

The property was exactly as described, clean and well-maintained. The property manager, Brooks & Shorey Resprts were an absolute pleasure to work with. They provided a lot of information, helpful and quick responses. I would recommend this location, condo and property manger to a friend or relative if they were interested in a relaxing vacation with an ocean view.
