An elegant retreat awaits you from the moment you step inside! The condo features flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom AND the bunks, as well as secure, wireless Internet through out.

Being down towards the end of Okaloosa Island, Pelican Isle is *QUIET* and peaceful-not as much of a crowd as at the beginning of the island. Yet the amenities on property are just what everyone needs on a beach vacation. The pool area is on the South/Gulf side of the building so you are right at the beach access boardwalk when enjoying the pool and hot tub. Another plus to this is you can see the pool/hot tub area from your keep in mind this TOP FLOOR unit is 6 stories up! This helps eliminate noises coming from the pool making their way to you while you're enjoying the gorgeous sunset from your own private balcony. You'll find true rest and relaxation greet you when you stay in PI 602. A functional and convenient fitness area rests on property near the pool area.

Had exact layout / floor plan of other rooms we've stayed in but for lower price and beach service included! Rooms was clean and had what we needed. Smaller place , outside Destin, if you don't mind driving a few miles to go into Destin for restaurants etc then this is your place!

We enjoyed the place and the particular property. It's a good location. We loved having covered parking and umbrella and chair rental. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. Only two concerns: the master bedroom had dust hanging on the wall behind the bed and the nightstand. And the bathroom sink drips in the master bath. Just FYI the Alexa didn't work either. Not sure what it was supposed to control.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Pelican isle is a nice smaller rental property and we like that. We also like the hot tub!

Wonderful condo! Very, very clean. Kitchen has everything you need well stocked! Great ocean view & comfy balcony furniture. Loved the hotel style comforter on the King bed. We had a wonderful time. This trip was a surprise from my hubby for our 37th wedding anniversary. The staff a Brooks an Shorey were friendly and professional and they made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, the location was very nice and that view from that balcony was priceless!! I would definitely recommend this property. We will stay there again.

The property was exactly as described, clean and well-maintained. The property manager, Brooks & Shorey Resprts were an absolute pleasure to work with.
