This was our second time to stay in this unit. We love the location, unit is very spacious and has everything we need. They provide all of the information you need prior to arriving and for departure using their app. This time we had a problem with the A/C unit- I notified them on Saturday and it was resolved on Tuesday- luckily the weather was cooler so we didn’t really need it. Everything was clean but I would say maybe the living area furniture could use a deep cleaning. We love all of the options for seating outside! We can easily watch the sun rise and set from there. Hope to return in the future.

General maintenance could be better, one elevator out of service the entire month. Unit was clean and well appointed, another stuck for 2 days.

The condo had everything we needed, and the view from the very large balcony is perfect. Our family of 4 had so much room, much more spacious than I was expecting. The pool is big and was always very clean. We would love to come stay at this condo again.

We drove from Iowa with a great friend and stayed at Surf Dweller condos. Great location. The beds are amazing. Location was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again.

We did arrive early on check in day and unfortunately did not get to checkin until 4 that afternoon. We were aware of their 4:00pm policy but was hopeful.

This unit is well-maintained and well furnished. There are plenty of linens as well as consumables supplied. The view of the gulf is fantastic! The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space in this unit for a family of four or even six.

We had a great time at the Surf Dweller. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed walking the beach and sitting out on the balcony watching the waves. Great location. Everything from the picking the location to checking out was very easy and pleasant. Would definitely come back again.

We had a spectacular stay and couldn't have been happier with the amenities and the location of Surf Dweller 208. We're already planning a return trip for next year. However, the the thing I want to highlight is the outstanding customer service of Brooks and Shorey Resorts. The day we left and went on to the next leg of our vacation, my wife discovered that she didn't have her medications. I thought it would be a long shot but I called the phone number for B&SR and got a hold of Beckie. I explained what had happened and asked if there was any chance they might be able to check the condo for my wife's meds. Within an hour I got a call back that they'd found her medication and I paid to have them to mailed to us. I can't remember the last time we had such good customer service anywhere. We're looking forward to our next visit and many more beyond that!
