This was our 3rd stay at Gulf Dunes, and each visit we stayed in a different unit. They’ve all been clean and and exactly as described in the listing. The staff at Brooks & Shorey always answered any emails or questions we had in a timely manner.

As always Brooks and Shorey had great customer service as well as a beautiful condo. We have used them in the past and actually rented 3 condos in Gulf Dunes this trip. Completely pleased with our stay and will definitely continue to use them for many vacations to come!!!

This rental was decorated so nicely, The pictures are spot on. Gulf Dunes is a great central location for shopping, dinning and recreation. We loved the complimentary beach chairs and the parking spot, right beside the elevator. I would rent this one again in a heart beat,

MaryAnn is wonderful to work with. The room was nice with great beach views but could use a detailed cleaning under furniture. Some light bulbs were out in dining area and under microwave. Room was furnished with everything you needed with a parking spot in the covered garage. Love this area. Room was nicely decorated. Couch will need updating before long just from the usual wear. Love that you can walk to Stewby's and ice cream shop right across the street. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at 608 Gulf Dunes. The size of the condo was great and it was decorated very cute. Balcony was huge and amazing. It could use a good deep clean along with the furniture. But we would def stay again!

The condo was very adequate, and well cared for. We have stayed in this unit before and hope to again. The construction and pool closure were unfortunate and we were a little disappointed in this. The management was very caring and helpful.

It is on the 6th floor with wonderful views. Saw dolphins everyday. Room was nice with everything we needed and loved the parking spot. Would definitely stay here again.
