The online pictures did not do the property justice. It was amazing! It was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and we had everything that we needed. Check-in was easy and just as described. The furnishings in the unit were up-to-date and there was adequate room and furniture on the balcony to serve a meal or just sit back, relax, and watch the waves. We have teenage kids and they enjoyed the beach. We were able to see them well from our unit and the views were amazing. It is the perfect get-away if you are looking for a place to relax and wind down. We plan to make a return visit and book the same unit.

Awesome! The view is unbeatable. Stayed 2 weeks. Plenty of room for family. Easy access to everything. We loved our time at this condo. Guests and Staff are friendly.

Very nice stay. Effortless check in. Condo was very well appointed. Beautiful view. The only issue we had was the wifi. It would not stay up for more than 2 hours at a time. Very nice place to stay and would gladly stay there again.

Lots of great updates in this spacious yet cozy and fantastic beach front condo with new furniture, fixtures, accessories, and paint both inside and on the balcony. Perfect location only steps from the beach, and included covered parking spot right by the elevators. Plus walking distance to local restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, convenience stores, beach stores, and liquor store. Great week for us in this condo (2 adults plus 4 teens) with plenty of space for all! Love this condo!

We stayed for one night in Gulf Dunes 304. It was clean and very adequate for us. I arrived late, so my paperwork was in the security box in the lobby. It could not have been any better. Great job!!

We stayed at Gulf Dunes for July 4th weekend. It was all that the website described. All services were great, the condo was great. The carts to use for your luggage, etc. were easily handled. Any needs were taken care of by the staff. Check in and out was excellent. We can't say enough wonderful things about it. Even the weather cooperated. The location is excellent since Destin is nice but over crowded and very expensive. Definitely will stay at Gulf Dunes in the future. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation!

I was very disappointed that the pool below my unit was closed. The reason we picked this unit was because it was directly above the pool. I have 2 little kids so I thought I would be able to enjoy the pool while they were napping by taking a monitor down with me. I was unable to do this which put a damper on my sun time. Also I was disappointed that 2 days while in the middle of breakfast we had to listen to men sand blast or balcony. VERY LOUD Also the 2 small bedrooms the bedding was not clean. Crumbs all over beds and hairs.
