This was the perfect place for our trip. Top floor, end of the complex, and quiet! I could not get enough of the ocean view. The place was perfect. Only one day of rain. What a great week!

Great condo, very clean and comfortable! We had an issue with a leak under one of the sinks and it was taken care of that day with no other headaches. Highly recommend renting from Brooks and Shorey.

Condo has a great view and deck furniture. The beds were comfy. Its needs a good cleaning and paint job and would only recommend if these things ocurred.

This is a great place to stay in Fort Walton beach. Unit 610 is big enough for a large family and well stocked. The view from the balcony is awesome and the beach is beautiful. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and is a short drive to the nearest grocery store. I would highly recommend Brooks and Shorey. They made the process easy and communicated well.

Staff very pleasant and responsive to any request made. Unit was clean, nicely decorated. Appliances worked well. Also there were plenty of carts available to make moving easier. View was awesome.

CONDO WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. THE VIEW IS AMAZING AND WE LOVED THE HEATED POOL AND BEACHSIDE SERVICE. THE CONDO HAD ALL THE AMMENITIES WE NEEDED AND THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MADE RESERVING THE PROPERTY AND RECEIVING ALL THE INFORMATION EASY. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT! WE ENJOYED DINING AND FAMILY FUN ACTIVITIES IN FT.WALTON AND DESTIN.
