Thank for the opportunity of giving my family a chance to enjoy the beach and much needed family spent together. With dad on hospice, he was able to travel from GA with us. The condo was spacious for us give and a service dog we have for my dad as he's a stroke and brain aneurysm survivor. Thank you for the opportunity for our family to get together and making it one of the most memorable one.

The condo overall was great! It was very clean and we loved the location. Only negative is that the mattresses need to be replaced. They are very hard and broken down.

Condo was nice, everything you needed was there. Well maintained and neat, not a lot of things that could be broken by little ones. Just enough to make it feel comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Loved the chairs on the balcony, comfortable enough to sit and view the ocean or watch for dolphins. Location was good, close to restaurants, Putt Putt Golf and Harbor Walk for the Dolphin Cruise. Pool was nice, met some great folks staying in the Sea Dunes and hope to go back again.

Great location! Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable unit. Outstanding ocean view and access. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. Management very friendly and responsive to small issue with the microwave. Highly recommend the condo and Brooks & Shorey.

Hidden gem: Quiet, Clean, View, and few steps away to the beach 2021-12-30

My family and I (4 adults and 1 child) had a wonderful experience and time at this property. It was very clean and well maintained and the management is very thoughtful to have cutting board, fried pans are all new surprisingly. The place was quiet and has spectacular view from dawn to sunset. The white sand beach was only few steps away and water was shallow so it’s perfect for a family with kids. Parking lot as big and easy to park and restaurants and grocery shopping was nearby.

The condo was very clean and had amazing views. I really liked that the building was smaller, as the beach and common areas were not crowded. The pool is small, but well kept. The furnishings in the condo were nice and also well maintained. I will be sure to rent this place again!

This is the fourth consecutive year that we have traveled to Okaloosa Island and the third consecutive year we have stayed at the Sea Dunes. Everything was expected again with the rental and the beautiful ocean. We will be back again!
