Step onto the breezy beachfront balcony to take in vivid gulf views while listening to the soothing rhythm of the surf. Inside, the open living area showcases oversized light tile flooring and a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. A coordinating accent chair and coastal décor create a warm Floridian ambiance, while a handsome media cabinet houses a large TV for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for the whole family easy, with everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. The master bedroom suite offers tasteful furnishings, a king-size bed, and direct access to a full bathroom. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located off the hall, near the twin bunk beds tucked into a cozy hallway alcove. This well-appointed condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it perfect for couples, families, or a fun beach getaway.

have a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and miles of beaches, with white sands extending past the Okaloosa Pier. Pelican Isle is a 100% non-smoking property, except in designated areas.

The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving and beginning the week of Christmas until March 31st.
